These terms govern use of Duyu Store Setup, operated by 东莞独域科技有限公司.

Service

The app prepares and executes a fixed set of Shopify store configuration operations. Each write requires a current plan and explicit merchant approval of the corresponding approval digest.

Fees

Duyu Store Setup is provided free of charge. We do not charge merchants for app functionality through Shopify or an external billing service. If the pricing model changes, we will update these terms and use Shopify's supported pricing or billing mechanisms before introducing any charge.

Merchant responsibilities

You are responsible for reviewing requested permissions and each change plan before approval, maintaining authorized access to your Shopify store, and verifying that proposed content and settings are appropriate for your business and jurisdiction.

Acceptable use

You must not attempt to bypass approval controls, probe credentials, interfere with the service, or use the app for unlawful, deceptive, or unauthorized activity.

Availability and changes

The service may be updated to maintain security, Shopify compatibility, and reliability. Material changes that require new Shopify permissions require merchant reauthorization.

Termination

You may stop using the service by uninstalling the app. We may suspend access to protect stores, Shopify, or the service from abuse or security threats.

Disclaimers and liability

The app is provided on an as-available basis to the extent permitted by law. Nothing in these terms excludes rights or liabilities that cannot legally be excluded.
